To understand the deeper connection with the trees, flowers, stars & moon, to connect with nature, we learn to be mindful about everything around us, given to us by the planet, to allow ourselves to feel the connection between the trees, mountains, rivers, animals & ourselves, leading to strengthening our spirit, reconstructing our soul & give new meaning to life.
