How Custom Tailoring Works:

Step 1: Place your order by selecting the custom tailoring option. All custom tailoring orders must be prepaid.

Step 2: Fill out our short measurement form here with your accurate measurements.

Step 3: Our team will reach out to confirm all details provided in the form.

Step 4: Our talented team will begin crafting a unique piece just for you. We may contact you for additional clarifications to ensure the best outcome.

Step 5: Your custom garment will be shipped within 21 working days. We will provide proofs of measurements for your confirmation before shipment.

Step 6: You have a 48-hour window to try on the outfit. If adjustments are needed, let us know.

Alterations:

We understand that every body is unique, and minor adjustments may be necessary.
Enjoy a complimentary alteration consultation with free pick-up and redelivery.
If further alterations are required:
- Case 1: If the product matches the confirmed dimensions, additional alterations and shipping charges may apply, communicated at that time.
- Case 2: If there are discrepancies, we will rectify any errors promptly.

Not What You Expected?

Each custom piece is meticulously crafted for you; therefore, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Terms & Conditions:

Production Commencement: All orders will enter production only after the submission of the form.
Customer Availability: The customer agrees to be available for clarifications and accepts any consequences of unavailability.
Payment Requirement: Valid only for prepaid domestic orders.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once the form is submitted.
Returns and Exchanges: No exchanges or returns; alterations only, with applicable charges.
Condition for Alterations: Clothes must be in new condition (no marks, tears, soiling) for alterations. Otherwise, they will be returned.
Shipping Terms: Express shipping not available. Dispatch dates are tentative and subject to extension due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified, and no cancellations or refunds will be provided.
Measurement Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements. Inaccurate measurements may result in additional charges for alterations.
Fabric Availability: Fabric choices are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute with a similar fabric if necessary, with prior customer approval.
Design Variations: Due to the handmade nature of custom tailoring, minor variations in design, color, and embellishments may occur from the original sample or photograph.
Quality Assurance: We strive for the highest quality craftsmanship. However, slight variations in stitching and finishing are inherent to handmade garments and do not constitute defects.
Care Instructions: Detailed care instructions will be provided with each garment. Failure to follow these instructions may void any warranty or guarantee.
Customer Communication: All communications regarding orders will be conducted via the contact information provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate and up-to-date.
Intellectual Property: Designs and patterns created by Pravaah remain the intellectual property of Pravaah. Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Modification of Terms: Pravaah reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
