Shipping and Payments

  • What is my order status?
    Kindly check your registered email for updates and the tracking details for your order. Alternatively, you can write to us at care.pravaah@gmail.com or message us using the Whatsapp Chat icon on the website and we will help you with the same.

  • How many days will my order take?
    We create and pack each product with immense love and care. We will try to dispatch your order at the earliest and keep you posted via email! Kindly note that if there is an unforeseen delay, we will personally contact you to keep you updated. Most orders are shipped between 1-5 working days.

  • Why is my COD order yet to be confirmed/shipped?
    All COD orders are shipped after a confirmation has been received. You will receive a message from our team on WhatsApp regarding the same, once the order is confirmed by you on text, we will start preparing the order only after.

  • I want to cancel my order
    We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. 
  • My order is damaged
    Please refer to our returns and refunds section for the same. 

  • Does Pravaah deliver internationally?
    Yes, we do! Shipping and taxes may apply additionally. Please reach out to us to help you with a smooth payment process.

  • Why is my order delayed?
    We ship all orders within 1-4 working days from receiving the order. Once the shipment is handed over, there is little our team can do. We do escalate matters to the logistics partners immediately for any delays that we see. However, there are unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control.

  • Do you offer expedited service?
    We do offer express delivery (1-4 working days) at a small charge. You can select the same during check out. Please note, that this express timeline is valid only in Tier 1 cities. We will ship other express orders with the fastest service available to all cities. 

  • Why is my express order delayed?
    Should your express order be delayed beyond 24 working hours, we will refund the express shipping amount and an additional 5% from your order amount (before shipping charges)

  • Can I change my shipping address?
    Once we receive your order, we process your order at the earliest before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us (care.pravaah@gmail.com) with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes.

  • How can I pay for the order?
    We offer multiple payment options to our customers. You can use online methods such as Debit/Credit card, UPI payments, Bank Transfers (please read the instructions on the checkout page) etc. We offer COD to most pin codes. Kindly check the eligibility for the same during checkout.
