Frequently Asked Questions

Will brass tarnish over time?

Yes, brass naturally develops a patina with use. This is normal and safe, but you can polish it to restore its shine if preferred.

Are your brass items sustainable?

Yes. Our pieces are made from recyclable, long-life brass and crafted in small batches by artisans — a low-waste and eco-friendly choice.

Is the brass cutlery and barware set gift-ready?

Yes! All our brass sets (all products above INR 999) come in beautifully designed gift boxes, making them perfect for festive gifting, weddings, or housewarmings — no additional packaging needed.

How do I clean brass cutlery and barware?

Brass is best cleaned by hand. Use mild soap and warm water, and dry immediately to avoid water stains. For deeper cleaning, you can also try these traditional Indian methods:

Lemon and Salt: Rub half a lemon dipped in salt over the surface, then rinse and wipe dry.
Tamarind Pulp: Gently scrub with tamarind paste to remove tarnish and restore shine.
Besan and Curd: A mix of gram flour (besan) and curd acts as a natural polish for brass.
Vinegar and Baking Soda: Make a paste, apply it, and rinse off after a few minutes.
Avoid harsh chemicals or dishwashers as they can damage the natural finish.
