Shipping policy
At Pravaah, we strive to offer a seamless and transparent shipping experience that aligns with our commitment to sustainability and thoughtful craftsmanship. All our products are packed plastic-free and with care, ensuring minimal environmental impact while protecting the integrity of your order.
1. Order Processing Time

All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–4 working days from the date of confirmation.

For custom or made-to-order products, dispatch timelines will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. No dispatches take place on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Timeline

Standard Shipping (Pan-India): 4–7 working days from dispatch

Express Shipping (select PIN codes): 2–3 working days from dispatch (subject to availability at checkout)
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on delivery location, weather, courier delays, or unforeseen disruptions.
3. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹500.

For prepaid orders below ₹500:

Standard shipping charges range from ₹80 to ₹150 depending on the location.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products and locations, with an additional fee.

Express shipping charges (if available) will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery PIN code.
4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries via trusted courier partners.

Shipping rates and timelines are calculated at checkout or shared separately for bulk/custom orders.

All applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Attempts & Re-Shipping

Delivery will be attempted up to two times.

If undelivered due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package will be returned to us.

Re-shipping can be arranged upon request. Forward and reverse shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS or partners with a tracking link.

You can track your shipment on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
7. Eco-Conscious Packaging

All Pravaah orders are packed using plastic-free, reusable, or compostable materials.

Where possible, we consolidate items into a single parcel to reduce waste.
8. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Operational delays at the courier’s end
-
Government restrictions or lockdowns
For express shipping orders that are delayed beyond the committed timeline, we will refund the shipping cost and 10% of the MRP of the order as store credit (refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy
