Directions :
Add 1 tbsp to your bath (bucket/bathtub) and bathe as usual;
OR
Use as a light scrub on the body, leave on for 5-7 mins, and rinse off.
OR
For aching feet, add 1 spoonful to warm water and soak for 10 - 15 minutes

Storage: Do not leave the lid open. Store in a cool and dry place.
