Plastic containers have been a part of our childhood, and plastic containers, in general, have proved useful time and again to store a variety of items. From storing leftovers to storing lunches for school, plastic containers were an important part of our everyday life.
In a country where the recycling system is not as robust, most of the waste generated from households just ends up in landfills and water sources polluting land and water. Even though food waste is biodegradable it takes time for it to break down completely and at the rate that we generate waste the natural breakdown process cannot keep up.
